The White Horse has been owned for the last two years by Adi & Vanessa Warne. In that time they have transformed this 'sleeping giant' into a very good place to be.
Adi, a fully qualified chef and Vanessa a former cabaret artiste describe the pub as part of the community, meaning, you get a very relaxed, friendly feel around the place. The pub boasts a 40 seater restaurant. The food is described by Vanessa as "traditional home made food"
The pub is used by patrons of all ages, who can sit and chat at the bar or relax in the big leather sofas.
If it's sports you like, then you can watch the very latest Premiership games projected onto big screen or on the very latest plasma widescreen.
The pub has a variety of entertainments on a regular basis, with an in house PA system and lighting rig. Great local bands perform at least once a month and Vanessa's very own Karaoke nights are not to be missed. With free pool on allocated nights, the White horse has 2 pool teams in the Woodbridge league and a darts team also
New to 2008, the opening of the new side bar where you can just "chillax".
This bar can be booked exclusively for you and your party free of charge! So come and sit with friends, watch the game or just read the paper, away from the hustle and bustle. Here's Sam, he'll be only too happy to serve you.
Outside there is a large beer garden. The garden has a trampoline and families are welcome anytime
The garden is supplemented by a large car park.
The White Horse also has several designated, covered smoking areas.
